The redbud’s buds are swelling:
Allium Purple Sensation buds around the Redbud:
A baby Red Buckeye Aesculus Pavia tree is starting to wake (unfortunately the leader was damaged. probably from cold/lack of proper moisture):
Even Campsis Radicans in the sunniest spot is starting to wake:
Redtwig dogwood. Mockingbirds love their white berries:
Even the Mimosa is starting to show signs of life:
Next time I won’t plant cold-sensitive peppers outside until Campsis Radicans and Albizia Julibrissin ‘say’ it’s OK. They seem to know when it’s truly safe to emerge.
